Our ingredients. Our algae and Ahiflower oils are truly sustainable. The algae is a wild strain of algae that is grown in a controlled environment using a process similar to how kombucha is grown(fermented). No fish are killed and there are no concerns for toxins. A good question. Our non-flavored product will have a slight taste many will associate with fish. It is not strong like the fish oils though. The Ahiflower adds a bit of an earthy taste. If you are someone that is sensitive to it we would recommend using our product with organic lemon oil. Everyone is different in how they describe the taste. It is a mild natural flavor.

Yes, absolutely!Yes. We recommend spreading out the servings throughout the day with all supplements, not just ours. That way we don’t overload our bodies and we can absorb more of what we ingest.

They are similar in that they both contain Omega 3 oils.  Most fish oils don’t, however, have the Omega 6 or 9 oil.  All three are important for our body. Throughout time we have eaten raw seeds and nuts that have all three omega oils.

If you have not used an omega oil product before we suggest doubling up on our serving size recommendation for the first three months.  It takes a bit of time to build in our systems. Daily maintenance is 2mL. For the first three months we would recommend 4mL.

Yes.  Every product we make is made here in the USA.  The algae oil is sourced from France and processed in Canada.  Ahiflower Oil is grown and process in the United Kingdom.

It is drugs, Rx, prescriptions, that get specific FDA approval. There is no protocol for supplements to get an individual FDA approval.  They are regulated by the FDA and must be unadulterated in order to avoid FDA disapproval. We also must register our processing and packaging facilities with FDA.
