We mean drops. A dropperful is too much to take. Our formula is concentrated and 1 drop equals 1208 IU of D3 and 25mcg of K2.

The lanolin is from sheep wool. It is sourced from the USA. Sheep are not slaughtered for the wool.

Yes, absolutely! it is increasingly difficult to get all the proper nutrients from the diet, d3 is recommended for most people to supplement. What is the best way to take my D3+K2 drops?
You can take our D3+K2 by dropping them into your mouth. You could also drop them onto your food or in a smoothie. We recommend doing any of these with meals that contain fat. Fat will help with the absorption.

Can I use D3+K2 with my other Supplements?
Yes, absolutely! D3+K2 can be taken along with other supplements or you can spread your supplementation out throughout your day. Some people will find taking the D3+k2 in the morning and taking B-12 supplements in the afternoon work best.

What is the serving Size? how much do I take?
That is going to vary for everyone. The best way to monitor it is with your doctor and blood work. That way you can tell how much you need to maintain the levels desired.

My bottle is frozen because the postman left it outside, is it ok?
The potency and quality of the product is good even if it freezes. We have the statement "Do Not Refrigerate" on the bottle so that it is not left at cold temperatures for extended periods of time. If it is put in the refrigerator it will thicken and the vitamin K2 might separate out and settle on the bottom of the bottle.
If you let the bottle come back to room temperature it will be fine. We say not to refrigerate because if left at cold temperatures for a long period of time you may not be able to remix the K2 back into the oil.

I accidentally put the bottle in the refrigerator. Is it okay to use?
Yes, it is. If left too long in the fridge the ingredients may separate a little. If that happens, let the D3+K2 come back to room temperature and shake it well. Then store in a cabinet out of direct light at room temperature.
