Yes, absolutely! We suggest taking our B-12 every day 

Shake well. Hold 5 drops per 1000mcg (ex. 15 drops - 3000mcg) under the tongue for 90 seconds, then swish like mouthwash for another 30 seconds, then swallow. For best results take on an empty stomach. Can also be taken before exercise. Store in a cool, dry place (59-85 degrees) away from direct sunlight.

Great question. It comes down to one molecule. The methylcobalamin has a methyl group( carbon and hydrogen), while cyanocobalamin has a cyanide group. What? Cyanide? In my Vitamin B-12 you might ask?? Rest assured, there is no cyanide in our product. Ours is made with the active form Methylcobalamin.

Aside from being a known poison, the cyano-compound is an inactive form of b-12, it requires the body to break it down into the active form ( methyl-).

Some people will/do experience a  boost in energy from taking Vitamin B-12. Others may not. Everyone will process this differently. 

There is no coloring added to our B-12. Red is the natural color of the methylcobalamin.

Organic Orange Extract and Organic Monk Fruit are ingredients we added to mask the alcohol taste that some customers didn't like. It is the best natural flavoring ingredients we have found so far. It adds a bit of sweetness without added sugars without adding a synthetic flavor additive. It is only there for flavor enhancement. 

Vitamin B-12 is made using microbial fermentation of bacteria, mainly Pseudomonas denitrificans. It is a long fermentation process.

 Organic grape alcohol is the same alcohol use in making red wine. It is a great preservative and also helps stimulate glands in our mouths for better absorption.
