We wanted to share an important update regarding our B-12 liquid vitamins for toddlers and children. Based on the latest recommendations from Plant Based Juniors, a group of esteemed plant-based registered dietitians, we have adjusted the serving suggestion for our B-12 product.

New Recommended Dosage:

Previous Dosage: 2 drops (5mcg)
New Dosage: 4 drops (10mcg) for children aged 1-3 years
This adjustment is based on general guidelines and should be considered as a recommendation. Every child is unique, and their nutritional needs can vary. We strongly encourage you to consult with your healthcare professional before making any changes to your child’s vitamin regimen. Factors such as your child's overall diet, including the consumption of fortified foods, should be taken into account to determine the appropriate dosage for their specific needs.
